The Hotel Contact must be notified of any deliveries coming into the hotel, with full details of number of items and size. It is not acceptable for the Pan Pacific Perth to receive large deliveries that have not been notified to the Hotel Contact. Notification is extremely important where deliveries equate to pallet size.
Direct deliveries of goods to the hotel via a courier by choice are accepted however, goods can only be delivered from 15 October 2025. All couriers and transport drivers delivering and collecting goods on behalf of our clients should arrive with full knowledge of the company they are representing and the name of the event the goods are for. All couriers should ensure that consignment notes are clearly signed by a hotel receiving person.
All items must have a delivery label attached PanPacific Delivery label.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor or sponsor to organise delivery and pick up of goods. Alternatively, exhibitors and sponsors can use Gel Events, the official freight forwarders for the conference.
